"This is the first time we've bought carpet online and we're not disappointed. When I ordered free samples of carpet I got a WhatsApp message from Ben advising me of expected delivery date. I had a query and sent a WhatsApp message to Ben who answered promptly. We chose our carpet and placed the order, with free delivery on a date that I chose. I was kept informed every step of the way and were given a 2 hour window for delivery. The delivery man was very helpful also. Our carpet which cost a fraction of the price we'd have paid in a shop is lovely. Good quality, luxurious feeling carpet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for excellent customer service and high quality capet. Thank you."

I placed the order online and picked Thursday as a delivery date fully expecting that to be pushed back however I then received confirmation the order would indeed arrive on Thursday. On the morning of delivery, I received a message from Ben with a delivery time slot. The delivery man arrived promptly and was courteous, pleasant and helpful. The price for the flooring was the cheapest I could find."
