Excellent service from start to finish, including dropping flooring samples off through the letterbox. Craig has been extremely helpful and reliable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a flooring contractor who can overcome uneven floor levels! As soon as the flooring was delivered we were offered a start date within a few days. Thanks to the team; Alex, Josh and anyone else who attended as all were professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Nova Flooring recently laid a luxury vinyl tile to my hallway and living room and did an excellent job. The job involved installing a new LVT floor to tie in to our existing kitchen floor to give the effect of a single flooring finish through our ground floor. Craig’s team produced the required finish and effect and tied in new to old seamlessly. The installation team overcame an awkward step and an uneven subfloor to create a very pleasing finish. The team acted very professionally and respectfully at all times and cleared away all rubbish. Craig was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and organised the job well to ensure a trouble free install.
