Checked around the larger carpet stores for a very big lounge/dining, stairs and landing and spotted one or two nice carpets. Popped into North East Carpets and were very impressed with the choices on offer, Steven was very polite and knowledgeable due to his experience in the trade. We had a measure and price the same day and able to book the fitting for a time which suited us (we needed to wait a while) The overall price included a price for taking up and removing the old carpet which took a lot of the load off. The overall cost was more than competitive and certainly more personal. The fitting was a dream, Duncan and Danny were superb. Duncan has years of experience in the trade and this showed through, the taking up and fitting of the new carpet was done in record time considering the room is huge and was still full of heavy furniture which had to remain in. We had decorated throughout before the fit and only had two small marks to touch up......that's very impressive. Overall a first class service from a fairly new local provider, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team and already family are looking to use the business.

Had a stair carpet fitted recently with stair rods which I believe was quiet difficult. I wish to complement the fitter from Redcar who fitted it. Can not fault his professionalism and commitment, a job really well done and he should be proud of himself. The company were also great and advice second to none. Would definitely use Wingate carpets again
