"I couldn't recommend Natural Stone Consulting any more highly! We started our search for tiles going to the usual suspects, thoroughly uninspired until we found these guys. Andy met us at the showroom and talked to us in depth about our needs and the pros and cons of each tile type to help us find something that suited our space. Just such a helpful approach that you don't get from any standard retailers and really useful when you're lost in a world of different materials with no idea what is practical in any given space. We picked our tiles, which were stocked and available to deliver within a week. Our project timelines changed but they had no issue at all holding on to the stock for us while we found another tiler to do the work. Delivery was straight forward and smooth, minimal breakages (maybe 2 or 3 out of maybe a thousand tiles!). We love the quality of the tiles, they are so different and handmade and beautiful. We ended up placing 3 orders as we were tiling the hallway, downstairs loo and a fireplace and ended up using way more than expected to tile half the wall throughout the W/C - the tiles were so lovely we couldn't resist making them a bigger feature. Big shoutout to Gabi for helping us with all our orders - getting invoices prepped same day, answering loads of questions and sorting out delivery and even when we ran short by a few tiles she went out of her way to pick up one last little box from the warehouse and pass it on to Andy to bring to the Newbury showroom for us to collect to save us paying for delivery again. And as we did some work over Xmas Gabi made absolutely certain we had a delivery slot booked to get our tiles when we needed them before she logged of for the holidays - what incredible service! Thanks so much to the whole team who were all so lovely and we'll be back as we continue doing up our house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!"

"Marble tiles ordered were perfect on arrival, just started installing them and can say they’re cut well and perfectly square, for a natural product these have been sorted well, some of the best Carrera I have seen, I would argue best I’ve seen as some can be so bland. Arrived well packaged too.
