"Munro Floors just completed the second flooring contract in the last year. We have experienced a great service throughout. From the support of Lesley in the office when choosing which flooring through the measuring, planning and fitting of the floors everyone was courteous, professional and showed great expertise. Kevin, when measuring offered suggestions regarding the choice of the new skirting boards and how to finish the steps from one room. All staff involved in the floor fitting showed their expertise throughout the process from the removal of the skirting boards through the fitting of the hardwood flooring, the cutting off the door posts and bottom of the doors and replacing the skirting. All tasks completed in an efficient and effective manner. Both contracts completed within the stated time and it was no problem when I had to delay the start of work due to being let down by another builder. Kevin managed to get the work completed at very short notice. Every evening the lads left the site clean and tidy. The finished product is a testament to their skill and perhaps you can tell we are very pleased with the outcome."
