Steven is a lovely, mild-mannered salesman, who patiently let me faff about, panic and dither, and was a joy to deal with. The floor-layers/carpet fitters were delightful, and managed to get the whole ground floor laid in LVT, plus carpet in the main bedroom and vinyl in the bathroom done in two days, with excellent craftsmanship.
