As a fairly incompetent DIYer I feel a bit intimidated by "trade" outlets, but the staff I spoke with couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I had it in my head that they would be able to cut some boards for me so they'd fit in my car, and although this wasn't the case, I was able to arrange a same-day delivery. I wasn't in myself when the items arrived, but my son told me the delivery guy couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you all so much 😊
