I had a carpet fitted today in my small bedroom which is a very awkward space. The two lads that came out were polite and professional and did a smashing job. They took great care to make sure all the difficult places in the room were perfect, taking extra time to get the job done just right. Then cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Melvin Head Carpets have fitted more carpets in two bedrooms. We have previously had stairs, landing and a bedroom done. Staff in the showroom were helpful and knowledgeable. The fitter’s were very efficient and tidy. An excellent job in difficult spaces. I would not use anyone else.

Never bought a carpet before, went everywhere in Ashford getting prices and seeing what everyone one had to offer. Started in Melvin head carpets, in hindsight for what we wanted we didn't need to look anywhere else. When we sat down to look at the options, it was the quickest conclusion me and my partner have ever come to. The experience in the show room was tops, with showing us which carpet's would suit our needs, no pushy sales tactics. When we came back a few days later to book them in, every thing was easy and planned around us. Plus they went above and beyond when I said I would have the large offcut made into a mat and organised that for me to. Excellent team, and a calm and excellent service was provided to us.
