"A very positive experience from initial engagement through to installation. On the sales side, Graham Lee was excellent in providing technical detail, information and solutions to all queries. The installation team were on time, friendly and polite and did a nice installation. Need winter to test in anger but begs the question why anyone would persist with radiators when extending or modernising. The system was installed on the whole ground floor (80sqm) in under 2 days which I expect is quicker than a plumber installing a new heating system and it was cheaper in our case. Only downside is some dust but to be expected and it was less then when some walls were removed."
