James went above and beyond when it came to choosing reclaimed boards to replace any that were too worn out or misshapen, and was very patient when I had a crisis of confidence in my original choice of stain. He answered all of my questions and even gave me other advice on renovations. There were no surprises in terms of costings, and they completed the job in the agreed time, with no dust or mess anywhere. My floorboards are transformed, and transcendent! I can't rate the service highly enough, and will be booking them again to perform a similar feat on my downstairs boards soon.. I have to say, this is the one DIY job I would NOT want to complete myself, and I definitely found the best men for the task."
