Absolutely outstanding professionalism from fitters Paul and Dan. Cleaned up as they went along, respectful of my home and on one of the hottest days of the year. I even had a mat fitted at my front door. I cannot recommend high enough if you are looking at new flooring, or fitters as I supplied the flooring (my own choice), then J.Smith Flooring are definitely for you.

We recently had new flooring throughout the whole ground floor and into a new extension. Josh's communication through the whole process has been first class. When it came to choosing samples, Chloe was very accommodating. Josh, Lewis and the team take huge pride in their work and left everything clean and tidy when leaving. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they were able to deal with any challenges that arose. Needless to say we are very pleased with the final result and will certainly use Josh again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Can't recommend J Smith Flooring enough. We only required a small bedroom, landing and stairs carpeting but received excellent customer service regardless. Sample carpets were brought at the initial measure up appointment and, as we were looking for something more colourful, additional samples and recommendations were provided separately. On the day Josh and Fin turned up when they said they would and took care with the whole fitting process. Unexpectedly they also removed, trimmed and replaced the bedroom door for us as well as refitting the bathroom sliding door which we had removed ahead of the day. Everything was spotlessly cleared away and hoovered at the end (which made a refreshing change) and we are delighted with the results. Thank you
