"Can't recommend J Smith Flooring enough. We only required a small bedroom, landing and stairs carpeting but received excellent customer service regardless. Sample carpets were brought at the initial measure up appointment and, as we were looking for something more colourful, additional samples and recommendations were provided separately. On the day Josh and Fin turned up when they said they would and took care with the whole fitting process. Unexpectedly they also removed, trimmed and replaced the bedroom door for us as well as refitting the bathroom sliding door which we had removed ahead of the day.
