Instinctive Flooring have done a fabulous job of laying a new Amtico floor in our kitchen. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Sharon and Helen in the shop are friendly, charming and helpful; they explained all the product options and details of the fitting process. Jack, the company owner, is a lovely guy; he came to our flat to assess the job and measure the space. Bjorn the fitter did a brilliant job of screeding the floor and then laying the tiles. He's a real perfectionist. The finished result is fantastic. All appointments were kept on time, and the quotes and payment processes, term and conditions, all transparent and clearly stated from the start. Overall, our experience has been wonderful; we couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much to the team at Instinctive Flooring!! You are the best!
