Sharon and Helen in the shop are friendly, charming and helpful; they explained all the product options and details of the fitting process. Jack, the company owner, is a lovely guy; he came to our flat to assess the job and measure the space. Bjorn the fitter did a brilliant job of screeding the floor and then laying the tiles. He's a real perfectionist. The finished result is fantastic. All appointments were kept on time, and the quotes and payment processes, term and conditions, all transparent and clearly stated from the start.
