"I’ve been using Howdens and their products for over 14 years now and in that time I’ve had to use a few different branches. Recently I used Howdens Durham for the first time due to a client relocating to the Northeast. From the moment we walked into the Durham branch we were greeted by Amanda with a warm smile. She listened intensely to the mine and the Clients requirements and then David gave us a full in depth breakdown of costs. On passing Michael overheard mine and the client’s conversation about an area of the kitchen, He introduced himself and suggested to perfect solution to an area of space for the kitchen. Needless to say his product awareness is outstanding. With the addition of Michael’s suggestions the Client has a kitchen that suits her needs and lifestyle perfectly. The full kitchen was delivered exactly as agreed without any problems or issues which made my role in all of this a dream. From the first moment to the last the whole team from Howdens Durham have been outstanding. Everyone from the warehouse, counter service, delivery team, inward and outbound phone service to the management are an absolute pleasure to work with.
