Wag and Julie were fantastically helpful from my first visit to the shop, talking me through different options for replacing the worn flooring in my flat. The fitters carried out a great job and everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. I'm delighted with the results.

This is the second time we’ve used Wag and Julie for new carpets, the last time was five years ago and the carpets they laid still looked great when we left the flat. Hackney flooring were brilliant, right from the start when measuring up, installing and the after care too as Julie kindly arranged for my offcuts to be wicked, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would highly recommend. Love the quality of the carpets too; really made my house a home!
