Molly on the floor was extremely helpful and friendly. Me and my partner visited twice, first time just to browse and second time returning to order and both time assisted by Molly. In fact we returned because Molly was being really helpful during our first visit, helped us narrowed down our options and provided valuable insight. We also like how many options there are in the stores, and 10/10 will recommend to visit and use!

Excellent service from start to finish and we are delighted with our new floor. The staff were extremely helpful when we first set out (always like it when people recommend what is best and not what is most expensive), measuring person was great - on time and efficient, and the fitter was a dream - very fast yet clean and tidy. Basically we couldn't be more pleased and are now thinking about what room we can do next!

Colin at the floor store was very helpful and worked within restrictions we had which meant a bit of juggling from him. He arranged our new carpet and fitting at short notice. This is the second time we have used the floor store and both occasions we’ve had a great service and the staff are very helpful and explain everything. Jake came to fit the carpet on behalf of floor store. He was friendly and even helped me carry items. Not his job but he gladly helped. I’d definitely recommend and will use again should the need arise.
