A good choice of carpets at various price points. Jen was really helpful in helping decide which carpet is best for our rooms with having children and a dog. She was really friendly, happy to answer all my questions and went through all the options for fitting and payment.

Everything arrived on time and was fitted perfectly by Rick Rick was very good at his job and nothing was too much trouble for him. We went to the flooring superstore today to look for new laminate flooring for a bedroom. We knew what we were looking for and were able to easily flick through all the floor options. We were helped by Jen, a friendly and very helpful team member. The experience was very good. Price reasonable and turn around, delivery and installation within one week is excellent. Two out of the three of us today have learning difficulties and or memory problems. I am so grateful that we were all treated with patience and dignity and the overall experience a good one. (Unlike the costa across the road where patience and understanding not so good) thanks Jen.
