"Flooring 4 You in Bowdon supplied the carpet and fitted it on our stairs and the landings with "Unnatural Flooring" carpet. I'm writing this review because I know it can be difficult choosing something that you might not buy very often and I must say, I don't often chat about carpets and curtains with my mates so I wouldn't even know if they've had a new one recently. I'm also not one to write a review before I've even properly tried the product I've bought :-) We, that's my wife and I, would highly recommend Flooring 4 You for a few reasons. We were looking for a carpet to be fitted in the style of a stair runner and wanted some advice on what might suit our house best, also, as it is an old house, what work we need to do on our stairs and landings to make them aesthetically pleasing now that it would be partially on show when the carpet is fitted. We spotted Flooring 4 You as we walked through Bowdon Vale on a weekend walk. We called in and met Carol who works there. She was very friendly, helpful and after taking our number let us take a few samples. The next day Carol followed up with a friendly call to see how we had got on. The samples we had taken looked great in the shop but not great in our home. Carol made a few suggestions and arranged for Simon to bring some samples over and to also have a look at what we have in mind. Simon called round when he said he would and brought along a big box of samples. He looked at the work we needed, showed some photos and gave us some recommendations on the types of carpet he thought best for our lifestyle/footfall and our taste in decor, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After we had received our quote - which we later happily accepted first time because it was reasonable and didn't have "Bowdon Tradesman Tax" on it :-) - Simon listed the approximate schedule that we would be working to should we want to go ahead, and, listed his suggestions on how to make the stairs ready for the carpet so it would have a great vi"
