Their online booking system allowed me to book a one hour time slot for a quote and all comms around the initial appt were timely. Quote was very reasonable and we were happy to accept. Adie worked with me to find a date that suited us and made sure to confirm the date in advance. Come the day the crew arrived early (but crucially not too early) and were ready to get started straight away. I couldn’t even force a hot drink on them! The process was clearly explained and the work was completed to a superb standard. The guys were polite and friendly and i honestly could not be happier wirh the results. We came across a few areas under our carpets that were damaged and needed to be fully repaired. They gave us options took care of it and blended the new pieces of timber into the old seamlessly.
