Gary recently gave me a quote for my orangery floor to be laminated with Quick Step, which we where very happy with but we had issues with the tiles that had been badly fitted some years ago and when in the past had laminate fitted over them, only to find that after a year or so it started to fail due to the uneven sub floor. Gary arranged for James a flooring levelling expert to come and give us advise and a quote for completely relevelling it, James did a fantastic job, the floor is now level. Gary and his fantastic family team came and fitted the new laminate floor last Thursday, an absolutely brilliant job. Then we had a disaster, putting the final piece of wallpaper up we dropped the Stanley knife even though we had covering protecting the floor the knife landed pointed end down and yes took a chunk out of the floor! I rang Gary explained what had happened, he said that he would come back and replace the damaged plank, this they did today Monday just 4 days after they originally finished the floor, and they didn't even charge me for the repair, we highly praise and recommend this fabulous family business, what a great team, friendly, the work is excellent and what can we say a second to none aftersales service. we would not use any other company for my future flooring needs.
