"We have had a great experience with them. They took our nasty carpet out and replaced it with our choice of LVT and added matching beading as we didn't want to replace the skirting boards. Polite and friendly workmen, communicative and they try to do what's right for the customer. However they do tend to get booked up a lot so it can take a while to finish all the work if several rooms need doing, for us it took 3-4 visits over a few months. Bear in mind as well, they don't do tile. Their shop also has a good selection of different flooring samples to look at, although we ended up ordering our samples online. They were happy to use what we chose."
