Can’t fault Empire, from ordering to delivering everything ran smoothly. Carpet delivered in the morning on time - delivery lads superb. Sofa delivered on time - lads again superb. Highly recommend prices extremely reasonable.

Very chuffed over here. Got my flat done in a day, when I noticed a small raised bit in the centre of the room they came back to rekick it within a couple of days & it had mostly settled itself by then anyway. Good guys, down to earth.

Faulty suite. Extremely bad stitching. Complained several times since April 2022. Still no response. Did not buy this as a second. Do not buy from these cowboys. Mike (new proprietor) got in touch with me 2 weeks ago (29/10/22) and couldn't be more apologetic. Not his fault! Had replacement suite delivered today. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Mike.
