The fitter, Phil is like a carpet fitting machine. Turned up on time and just cracked on until it was finished. All the carpet and vinyl fitted to a very high standard and cleared up afterwards. "Once again, keeping it local and independent proves 100% the right decision. Steve and his team are the most patient people in the world when dealing with the indecision of choice. On visiting their tardis of a shop I was mosre confused than ever. Not an issue, they just helped me whittle it down to 3 potential colours and then delivered 150+ samples to my home when they came to measure up. That sounds a lot, but choosing it in the room where you want it was done within 30minutes (once my husband agreed with me). I had to move the fitting day twice and they managed to accommodate my requests. The quote was for underlay, grippers and carpet and came in 20% less than a national carpet company who could have not been more disinterested at helping me when I visited their shop. The cherry on the already iced cake, was that when my husband forgot to move the television leads to the new location until after the carpet was laid, Steve and his team just arranged to come back and relay the carpet in the area. SERVICE 5+* VALUE 5+* CONFIDENCE IN THE PRODUCT 5+* Would I use again ---------- EVERY TIME!"
