When visiting the showroom we found the service to be 1st class and absolutely genuine with Donny and the team really listening to what our requirements were and were super helpful in making recommendations on which carpet and flooring would suit our needs. We choose to get herringbone laminate floor in the hallway, fitted by Graeme, who had travelled from livingstone and in all honesty, he absolutely grafted the whole day, he did a fantastic job. it’s so nice to see someone who pays such attention to their work. Now carpets are all fitted (which are fab) we’re super pleased with the whole experience with Donny’s. Great local company with genuinely lovely people to look after you."

"The first time I bought a carpet from Donny's was when they first opened in Falkirk and I used them for all my flooring. Countless years later, it is time to redecorate the whole house including flooring. First room finished was a bedroom, so I started out looking for a good quality bedroom carpet. As it was a Sunday, and Donny's was closed, I went looking at the big stores, Tapi carpets wanted over £1k to supply and fit the carpet I wanted. Others quoting similar amounts, I was like wow the price of carpet has shot up in the last 10 years. Anyway I couldn't find the exact colour I was looking for, so landed back in Donny's where the man himself served me. Let's just say he knows his stuff, I got the quality, price and colour I was looking for, no hard sell, no trying to trade you up, and even recommended that I did not buy the most expensive underlay because it wasn't the best option for my carpet and then gave me free underlay anyway. I used his recommended fitter and everything was supplied and fitted within the week. Going back this weekend for a stair carpet, I have my measurements, because the fitter kindly measured up my rooms for me, when he fitted the bedroom carpet. And the price, less than a quarter of what Tapi were going to charge me."
