I had a fantastic experience with this flooring company. Andy was extremely professional, patient, and gave lots of great advice throughout the process. The fitter did an excellent job — efficient with very high-quality workmanship. They were also incredibly flexible. When a leak was found in my toilet, they had no issue leaving that part of the flooring and offered to come back and finish once the leak was sorted. That kind of understanding and service really stands out. Highly recommended!

100% on every level. An amazing company with old school values. It was obvious from our first visit that the staff at distinctive treated their clients with care and consideration. No overbearing pushing or hard selling of stock, listened to our needs, gave us helpful advise and suggestions. A pleasure on every level. So much so that we have now had three different visits and five purchases from them.The last one, bedroom flooring, is a true work of art and we love it. The install was very quick and clean. No mess or dust left to clean up. They also removed the old carpet. Proper service! Thank you all at Distinctive, so happy to have used your company. We had a couple of Amtico floors fitted and supplied by Distinctive Flooring, along with a full set of carpets for the home. Jason and Ryan deserve a shout out for the quality of the Amtico floor fitting, as does Jamie at the store for sorting the entire job. First class all round.
