Direct Wood Flooring - Laminate Installation in Newport

Visited the DWF store in Newport today where I received the best customer service from Kasey. He was patient and informative, and kindly ascertained a low stock check for me with a courtesy call a couple hours later. After some minor confusion over the sample colour description in store compared to online, I was more than happy to proceed and place the order with Kasey. I'm possibly regretting not paying for the fitting service but that's my concern. I'll add a follow up once installed but for now I wanted to commend DWF on the level of service I received today.

Ordered flooring a little while back for a new build house and after choosing my kitchen I realised the originally flooring would not go. I rang the store and they said it wouldn’t be a problem for me to change it. I attended the store today and the gentleman was fabulous, he ordered our new floor in readiness for delivery in time for us to move in. Extremely happy with the service so far!
