"Amazing costumer service and very prompt response ! I have placed 5 orders for the same flooring(LEDER FLOORS,NAPOLEON FLOORS) but just one was delivered with less boxes than I paid for and damaged.They all took the money and never picked up the phone and I had to call Citizen Advice Bureau and to make a charge back with my bank in order to recover my money. When I have placed the order with Deacon Jones they called me to say that is out of stock for another few weeks and gave me a refund in just few days. I have called them weeks after to check if the flooring is back in stock and always was a lovely lady on the phone,super helpful and polite. When they had the flooring I have placed a new order which was delivered in just 3 days in perfect condition. For me Deacon Jones deserves 10⭐️for their costumer service and professionalism!"
