"Went to CTD (Woking) to find some tiles that I had bought 10 years previously in the hope of getting more. I spoke to Glen who was incredibly helpful and suggested I brought in a tile of a different colour that I had, to try to find it. When I returned, his customer service was exceptional as he spent time trying to find the tiles. Nothing was too much trouble and he did everything with a smile. After some time, it became apparent that the tiles have been discontinued but Glen was able to find the ex display tile board which he very kindly let us have. Ably helped by Ricardo, they carried it to my car. I cannot praise them enough and believe that they are a great asset to the company especially Glen. Thank you so much"
