I was on my way to a competitor when I passed the Burgess Hill branch and thought I would try them first. In a time of poor customer service it was so refreshing to be helped by Robbie who was professional, highly knowledgeable and keen to find me the solution to my issue. Even though I didn’t know the products I needed, Robbie steered me through the options and gave me a great deal as well. My thanks to him and the lady working in the shop (sorry, didn’t get her name). Truly excellent customer service

Went in looking for a Farrow & Ball colour which Nick was able to mix accurately and quickly. It's on the wall now and matches the original F&B perfectly. Delighted with the service at Crown Decorating Centre, Burgess Hill and I'll definitely be back. Thanks Nick!
