"Coxeter installed carpets to the bedrooms and stairs in our house. The whole process was stress free, and a refreshing contrast from the national outfits we had approached. There is a good selection of carpets to choose from across a range of prices and the staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the differences without pressuring. We were able to take a few samples back to have a look at to get a better idea. Once we had decided we had our house measured up and discussed and agreed all the details about underlays, sequencing etc. One of the nice things is that they calculated how best to use the carpet to minimise waste and keep our order price efficient. The fitters were excellent being on time, clean, tidy and polite. We would highly recommend Coxeter carpets to anyone as we don't think there is a more helpful team around!"

"God sent. A lovely shop with super friendly and helpful staff. Came in looking for vinyl flooring options. A member of staff has helped me to look through nearly all samples, explained the differences, discussed the prices and ordering process. It is obvious that people working there do have a genuine interest in helping customers, impossible not to notice (despite having me making a really tiny order). But no pressure to make order and absolutely no sense of rushing either. They have called the supplier and checked the wait time and once confirmed with me, made an order, all in shop. The place looks tiny from the outside, but is massive once you enter. Tons of options and alternatives to explore. Very calm, caring, and helpful staff, can't be any better. Extremely happy with the order and highly recommend to others!"
