Having called three other timber merchants my request was a reasonably simple one but they made it very difficult and then started to talk to me in what only felt like a foreign language as I am not a qualified carpenter, I called and visited Cover’s and the staff were exceedingly helpful and polite, The price was also competitive and I have to give a positive shout for Roger who served me. Well done Cover’s team keep up the good work I can strongly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Friendly and helpful staff. I needed a custom size piece of hardwood plywood cut and the store completed this promptly for me without prior notice. They did this when they were clearly quite busy. I am greatful for their help and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Very friendly and efficient staff.. good sense of humour! Also very accommodating regarding my work for a homeless charity.. offered some timber offcuts and pallets for art workshops which I have to fund myself. Had the product I went in for at a lower price than I was expecting. WELL DONE ALL ROUND!
