"Having called three other timber merchants my request was a reasonably simple one but they made it very difficult and then started to talk to me in what only felt like a foreign language as I am not a qualified carpenter, I called and visited Cover’s and the staff were exceedingly helpful and polite, The price was also competitive and I have to give a positive shout for Roger who served me.
