"I've read some past reviews but our experience has been excellent. Somehow we over-ordered on wall tiles for the kitchen, we took the wall area measurements with us when we bought in October. We had to wait for our tiler who came this week. Straightaway, he said we had far too many boxes of tiles for the job. We called County Tiles and spoke to Dave, who was excellent, we returned all the complete boxes for a refund with no 'handling charges'. Thank you Dave, very happy."
