"We experienced amazing customer service at Corinium Carpets and are so pleased we went with them. When we visited the store, we were booked in for someone to measure the carpet the same day! This was really appreciated as we were on a tight schedule. The gentleman who visited us was very knowledgable and polite. On the day of fitting, we had a road closure, so notified the fitter. Corinium rang to say they would drive as close as they could to the house and then carry the carpet to the house. Luckily, the road was still open as they were very swift delivering it to us. But, we were so grateful that they would be willing to do that! Our fitter was great, he really took his time and we are so pleased with the end result.
