"Ordered some composite decking trims. Arrived 3 days later. great delivery. Would have gave 5 stars but delivery driver pulled items half way out of his van then asked me to remove them from his van 🤷‍♂️. Customer service not the best as emailed and phone them after purchase to see when they would arrive as not delivery date was given, still awaiting reply to email and reply to message on phone."

"I ordered 30 composite decking board only 27 were delivered and out of these 27, 1 was the wrong type so that left me 4 boards short . A quick email a couple of phone calls and my issues were dealt with. The staff including the delivery drivers were very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful . I judge how good a company is by how they deal with a issue when things go wrong and the composite warehouse were excellent."
