Andy was able to get to us at short notice to provide a quotation. He was professional and knowledgable and explained about different carpet types which helped us make a better choice in what we wanted. When the work was scheduled he provided a clear breakdown which included days, timings and what work would be completed. Andy is a perfectionist in his work and has totally transformed our home. Absolutely thrilled to come home yesterday to my newly fitted stair and landing carpet. This is in the 2nd carpet Andrew has fitted for us and both times we have been so happy. He is helpful, friendly and prompt and the finish is outstanding. He even tidies up after himself. 5 start service from start to finish! Highly recommended

We had some vinyl flooring laid by Andrew - he had to build up the floor initially with DPM and screed concrete following the mess the previous flooring 'professionals' left us in. He was swift with emails, excellent manner and totally trustworthy - we left the keys with him whilst we were away on holiday which is a testament to him and his company. Can't recommend enough really - a very positive experience.
