"I recently had a whole house renovation project which required 3 bathrooms and a WC to be refitted. There were so many decisions to be made that buying all bathroom fixtures from the same place made the process a little simpler. I dealt mostly with Matt, who showed extreme patience and good humour throughout, was always responsive to further queries, and helped wherever he could. Every time I visited the store, I was greeted by all staff with a friendly and reassuring welcome. They were also great when I had unused items to return at the end of the project. He went through everything again with me & a couple of changes I needed to make were dealt with , no problems. He made me feel comfortable & a valued customer. Thank you Jess & Lewis for your exceptional service. Thanks also to Matt who provided me with a chair & a bottle of water on this very hot day !! I really cannot fault the service I've received from Clifton, Chester so far & am looking forward to seeing the finished bathroom.I'm confident that should there be any problems wirh the goods Clifton will deal with them quickly for me.
