We were back and forth with queries and samples.. he alongside his colleague who was called Chris who measured up and did his best to follow mums request.. challenging but both met this with ease and friendliness. The day of fitting went with no complications and we were encouraged to input the process ensuring mum was happy throughout. The three fitters were friendly and so professional in their skill.
