"City Wood Floors have organised an excellent installation of our new kitchen and hallway floor. The communication with them was, at all times, very good. From Simon's visit to survey the space, through liaising with Matt and Dan, and Dan's careful and prompt delivery, and right up to Andrew and Willis' installation, everything has gone smoothly. Andrew and Willis have done an exceptional job which was within the estimated time frame and under budget. It wasn't a stretch at all to have them in the house as they are constantly attentive, polite and considerate. And their professionalism when it came to the job itself was faultless. Any issue was seen as a challenge rather than a problem. And all the challenges were met with really sensible and sometimes very clever solutions. The finished result is a delight. We have no hesitation recommending Andrew and Willis and we are looking forward to seeing them when they return for the next phase of our project."

Andy and Willis did an incredible job fitting the new floor on what was a very uneven sub-floor; they were real perfectionists and a pleasure to have in our home for two weeks. The process from ordering through to completion was pretty seamless and we even got a substantial refund on unused materials which enabled us to order some new internal doors (also from City Wood Floors). Cannot recommend highly enough."

Not being sure of what we wanted apart from a basic colour he took us through various options explaining the pro's and con's with each. Absolutely no pushy sales technique. Everything was relaxed and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble even though we were there close to closing time and some of his colleagues were already leaving. They expertly surveyed our bungalow and gave good advice about levelling and the ideal way for fitting. The floor was subsequently beautifully installed by Andy and his co-worker. A true expert.
