This local company looked after us from the moment we walked through the door , offering us advice on selecting flooring that was suitable for our needs. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy and their priority was ensuring that we had plenty of time to make an informed decision, They provided a no-obligation in house measuring service. We were able bring samples home to see them in our room which helped us to make a decision. Once we had placed our order, they were flexible regarding fitting dates, this was important as we were undergoing building work. The floor was fitted to a high standard by their own staff. The fitter was excellent and very professional. We are delighted with our beautiful new floor and will be using this company again in the future. The company's after care has also been wonderful and the price of the high quality flooring was competitive with the big chain brands too.We highly recommended Chester Wood Flooring.

Chester Wood Flooring provided such an amazing service when we wanted flooring for our kitchen and dining room renovation. Jo was so helpful and patient during the process of choosing the flooring and Paul did a fantastic job levelling the floor (the two rooms were knocked through and were different levels) and fitting the floor too. We felt they really listened to our needs and concerns throughout the process. Communication was excellent at all times, and problems with changes of dates due to unforseen circumstances were always accomodated. Needless to say we are absolutely thrilled with the final results. We are delighted we chose Chester Wood Flooring, although the showroom was quite a distance to travel for us, it was absolutely worth it.
