"Truly exceptional. We contacted Carsons when our builders did a bad job of oiling our parquet floor. Vlasti and Huw scheduled the work quickly without issue to enable us to meet our dates. Huw advised us on the best finish. Johnny did an excellent job of the work and was unbelievably considerate, keeping us updated of everything he had done / was going to do next (he even messaged us to make sure we had got lunch before he started on the kitchen floor!). They got everything right. A real contrast to the original builders. We would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone."
