"Visited Saturday, James was very helpful and explained difference in vinyls, excellent advise and service. Took home sample, returned next day to make an order, James not available, however Nick sorted everything. Both James and Nick were a credit to company, knew the products and positive good natured lads, there to help without being pushy."

Nick was fantastic from the offset, he explained the type of carpet that best suited kids rooms and staircases and gave us plenty of choice, we made our choice and booked a visit to measure up, we managed to get a Saturday appointment so we didn't have to arrange time off work. Raymond was cheerful and professional when measuring up and helped provide all the information we needed to go ahead. Nick was great again when we made the payment and luckily for us he was able to arrange our fitting on a Saturday. The lads that turned up to fit the carpet were excellent, really friendly and considering the size of the job it was done quickly and to a really good standard. I can't praise everyone we dealt with enough, everything was smooth, easy and convenient, I would recommend these to anyone. Great job, thank you!"
