Carpets 4 Less - Flooring Specialist in Swindon

Carpets were good value and lots of choice compared to other stores that we checked. We chose a polyester based, eco back carpet took 2 weeks to arrive after ordering, it was good as there was a thinner cheaper one for stairs and thicker for our lounge and bedrooms. They also have nice colour options. The carpet fitters were also nice and did the job very quickly, and were very helpful and did a good job, no knife marks, the strips were good quality and they did the cupboards / wardrobes too with spares and we had lots of spare left over. However, would have liked them to have dealt with the amount of fluff and bits of pieces left behind. Didn’t realise how bad it was until they left. They also managed to get all the fluff across our entire front garden which took me 2 hours to clean up by hand in the rain so it didn’t blow further and it blew all into the nearby park which isn’t good for the environment. I think this is because they were rushing to leave as it only took them half a day. Then took me across 2 days of hoovering and brushing to remove all the fluff. Never had this issue before with carpet that I had fitted in 2 previous properties. The amount of fluff can be seen in photos. However, overall I am now happy with the end result and the underlay and carpet is nice, thick and fluffy albeit the bits of fluff I still find in some places. The service just needed some refinement.
