From the practical help and guidance on choosing the right carpet; being allowed to borrow samples to check we were happy when we got home; the ease of booking and paying a deposit; and finally the quiet efficiency and excellent care and attention to the fitting. Really couldn't fault the who service from the Carpet Trader team.

We recently decided to have our lounge carpet replaced and being disappointed with our usual supplier's response we visited Carpet Trader. The wide selection of carpets readily on display was a revelation and the advice excellent. From discussion to survey to fitting was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I have recently had Amtico flooring installed in my living room. I experienced a wonderful service from all staff at Carpet Trader. The showroom staff were very helpful in showing me the different ranges of flooring - colours, design etc. We received our quote quickly and were able to book our fitting date in for a time that suited us. The fitters were lovely and did a perfect job. They completed the job in a timely manner and to an extremely high standard. Thank you Carpet Trader for our wonderful flooring, we absolutely love it and it has made our living space look so clean and fresh! Shout out to the fitters, Lee/Alex/Steve and to the showroom staff!
