We just had a new stair runner, vinyl flooring, and laminate flooring fitted by Carpet Options, and we are really pleased with both the process and the result. Ian was an accommodating guide, doing everything he could to help us come to a decision we were happy with over multiple visits. All the guys who did the fitting were pleasant and diligent workers (Andrew, Mark, and Paul), who take pride in their work. Special thanks to Paul who went above and beyond to make sure it was just right.

I recently moved into the area and took a punt on Carpet Options based on the reviews. So pleased I did! David came over within a day or two of my call and then managed to squeeze part of my order in so I would have some flooring before Christmas. They came back this week to do the lounge, office and hallway in LVT and it looks amazing! I have no hesitation in recommending them - everyone I have dealt with has been professional, yet friendly, and able to provide excellent advice. I will definitely use again when I am ready to do the rest of my home.
