Yesterday I had the carpets replaced and new carpet in my lounge, had a really good experience from the start, very punctual, helpful when choosing carpets. Yesterday I met Simon Farrer who fitted the carpets and what a lovely man, made the experience great and was very respectful of my property and even helped put my furniture and fully decorated christmas tree back into the lounge!
