James came to measure up and gave us great advice on the quality to go for and information on best matching what we had in an adjoining room. His quote was perfectly acceptable so we were very happy to accept. James told us that Adam would be fitting it and he duly arrived on time. I must say his workmanship was excellent in carrying out the job. He was brilliant in explaining the process and gave us options and the benefit of his experience all the way through.
