Carpet Factory - Flooring Specialist in Torquay

I have used this company twice now. Once for a lounge carpet and today for a kitchen diner and hallway where vinyl was laid. I can't fault them. Great communication and they ended up knocking the price down by £200,. Very polite, very courteous and very professional. Quite a tricky job to lay it in our house and they got it spot on. Perfect fit. The guys even helped us sort out some heavy furniture which needed to be moved which was above and beyond. I personally would recommend them. Sorry to see some negative reviews on here considering they have been excellent with us. For anyone like me who are skeptics when reading reviews, possibly written by family and friends; I have no link to the company whatsoever. I'm just a customer. Thought I'd throw that in. 😊

I couldn't recommend Carpet Factory highly enough. Thank you to Neil who came to the house and measured everything so seamlessly through out the house. Thank you to Clive who prepared everything to make sure the lamminate flooring from the front door to the back door was level and thank you to Dan for laying it. We are so thrilled with all the work and the cheerful professionalism of everyone we dealt with. 5 star service.
