Absolutely flawless service from start to finish. Walked in Alan’s showroom and was greeted with nothing but knowledge and friendliness. Made me feel at ease and ensured using his own expertise and guidance helped me choose the laminate flooring and bathroom vinyl to complete my apartment renovation. The experience was so much better than other companies I have been in before and would highly recommend using this company. Within the same day my apartment was measured and a price was provided. The work was agreed and both fitters arrived prompt on time on the date with communication throughout. Both fitters were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and caring if they tried ensuring they went the extra mile for all of my needs and wants including moving furniture I couldn’t lift on my own. I haven’t experienced a better service than this one for this service and would recommend and certainly use them in the future for all of my properties. One word quality. Excellent service and fantastic customer experience from start to finish ! Highly recommended. We'd used this local company before and had no hesitation in going back to them when we were looking for new carpet and flooring for our hall, stairs and landing. On walking into the showroom, Allan's friendly approach and expertise helped us to make an informed decision on the best options to go for, and, following a same day visit by Allan to bring round some samples and to measure up, we were soon sorted with a competitive quote and an agreed installation date. In fact, we were so happy with the service that we'd initially received, we immediately went back to the showroom to order a lounge carpet for my parents. Again, Allan called round on the same day to assess what the best solution would be, taking into account that my mum uses a wheelchair and therefore the underlay and carpet would need to be laid in a particular way to avoid any movement being caused by the wheelchair. Both jobs were subsequently completed on the dates that we'd requested them to be, with Allan and Mark turning up on time and getting straight to work. Their professionalism and dedication to doing a great job really shone through, and we couldn't be happier with the work that they did and the wonderful results we have in both houses. Amazing quality carpet! Amazing customer service. Alan is very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us great advice and ideas on what carpet was needed. The fitters came on time and gave us everything that was promised, they were very tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating can't recommend them enough!!
