from booking in the measure up through to the ordering it was nice and easy, the guys at Carpet Barn were very helpful and accomodating, they were also very knowledgeable of the products that we were looking at. We had to wait a about 8 weeks for our LVT to be fitted but Shane the fitter was well worth the wait, he was a great guy. He was happy, friendly, and more importantly didnt mind answering any questions i had about the fitting or the products. Finished the job within the time estimated for it with no dramas at all.

My original appointment was cancelled due to unforeseen staff sickness but Mike was able to find fitters who could fit me in the next day which was a huge relief, thank you! Fitters George and his dad did a fab job. Professional and friendly, would recommend. Carpet looks great and the fact that they fitted me in late on a Friday was again, very much appreciated!
